Visionary Plus develops international programs that connect competition, education, exchange and community engagement.
Our work ranges from community-based youth exchange to major international events, building on experience across Japan, the United States and the Asia-Pacific region.
WHAT WE DO
The “+” is what happens beyond the field.
VISION+ brings our programs together around a simple idea: sport can create an opening, but the greater value comes from what young people are able to learn, experience and pursue because of it.
Connecting Across Borders
International programs that bring student-athletes, schools, families and communities together through sport, cultural experiences, education and direct people-to-people exchange. Programs may include sister-city initiatives, international competition, school visits, cultural activities and community-based exchange.

In the 65th year of the Honolulu-Naha sister-city relationship, Visionary Plus is helping create a new generation of people-to-people exchange through sport, education and community engagement.

A California select team, Team United States, traveled to Wakayama and Okayama with its middle-school players and coaching staff for competition, cultural exchange and community engagement.

The second edition of the Hawaiʻi County-Kumejima youth baseball and community exchange, continuing the relationship established in 2024.
